What’s the difference between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Plans?

Each level includes an increasing number of meal plans. Bronze is ideal for beginners looking to build healthy eating habits. Silver is well-suited for those with special dietary restrictions. Gold includes the most advanced medical-grade meal plans, such as the DASH diet, which is recommended for stroke prevention and treatment.

I can’t log in to the mobile app! Why isn’t it working?

The mobile app requires a one-time activation password that is different from your online account password. Check your email for a Welcome email and scroll for the Mobile App login information (the mobile password looks something like this: AZ64UGW). Always remember to check your spam folder, just in case!

What if I have multiple dietary restrictions?

Our program helps you cross-check certain foods, making it easier to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions. The in-app health history questionnaire matches you with specific meal plans—the more information you provide, the safer and more nutritionally tailored your results.

How can I exchange foods I don't like?

On the My Plan screen, you can touch a food appearing at any meal time. A new screen will open to adjust the serving size. Click on the icon in the very top right corner to launch menu options and click Exchange Food.
